Can a colonoscopy diagnose Crohn's disease in remission

I had a question about testing for Crohn's disease. Is it always possible to diagnose this disease through a colonoscopy even when the disease is in remission or not very active?

Hi,
If the disease is in remission colonoscopy may not show any active lesions.
But complications of CD like strictures may be seen.
