Clear foam with passing of gas in a 3 year old

My three year old daughter have always had frequent bowel movements. However, for the past two days, she had mucus in her stool sometimes clear and sometimes green. Now she has gas that is releasing a clear foam from her rectum. When she passes gas this clear foam is wetting her clothes. (It almost looks like spit). She is not complaining of any pain nor is there blood in her stool. Can you tell me what could cause something like this?

Have stool examination done  and look for reducing substances.
It could be lactose intolerance.
