PLEASE-BRAZIL-TRANSPLANT OF STOMACH

My boyfriend, 23 years old,  is in hospital being treated with drugs, he has half the stomach due to cancer of 5 years ago. The inflammation is very advanced, he has only half the stomach and the intestines it is already compromised.
Unfortunately, Brazil is delayed, there is no information. A transplant would mean has a life again.
Can you please tell me where do transplant of stomach and intestines? I need information.
