Pain in left side

My wife has pain in her left side, stomach area, broke into cold sweat, and then threw up several times. Is she passing a gallstone?

Hi,
It is unlikely to be gallstone. Because gallstone pain is usually felt on the right upper quadrant.
The pain on the left side could be due to peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis or diverticulitis.

The gallbladder is on the right side, just under your ribs.  Although I am NOT a doctor, I have been through that...however I would consult a doctor if she continues.
