bleeding while defecating

good day, i am a female  age 22. lastnight when i defecate i look in the toilet and saw lots of blood. at first i thought it was my monthly cycle after i wipe i realize it was not. so i went in my room and take a glass and look. i realize it was coming from my anal. i had constipated before. but it is the first time it involves so much blood what should i do?

The bleeding could be due to hemorrhoids.
Colonoscopy can help in locating the site and exact cause of bleeding.
Till you undergo the test you can take high fiber diet and plenty of fluids to ease your bowel movements which might be of some help.
