EEG report qustion 2 diffrent ones * brought up qustions*

i had a EEG where i stayed at the hospital for four days with a camara when i was very young 8. It showed continues Spikes in the central region of my brain for 4 days and 3 nights. they never told my mom what that ment i know my older brother had a seziure in the frontal left lobe wich is the one you stare off into space with and my older half brother on my fathers side has cerebal palsy ( not sure if it has any thing to do with it). My brother from both parents had 1 seziure that they caught.

I was wondering what continues spike in the central region of the brain for four days and 3 night ment or any idea.

Also at 16 i had a EEG with flashing lights i"m not sure what light they specified on the report but one light or speed caused spikes. The doctor said the was normal for my age and never had one sence.

I know i have been haveing bad migraines wich make me fall asleep and people can't get me up and at the same time my one arm or both can be spasming. Fingers are closing not in a fist but together and still moving. Or under my eyes shacking and my lips and forehead at the same time as my arms when sleeping or awake. When i sleep i will shake a little not much not noticeable unless somewhat near me.

theres a qustion nones can answer 3 doctor say 3 diffrent things cerebral atrophy, hydrocephalus between skull and brain,  born with subdural hygroma. the doctors are disagreeing what it is because i have alot of fluid from the brain to the skull. If it makes a diffrence on what any of them say.

I was wondering If those are normal findings for a EEG, anyone had those before, any of the other things can be related. What does those EEG reports mean?

thanks
