How are you? During seizures, neurons in the brain show abnormally heightened activity. This is why it is commonCommon cold to report amnesiaMemory loss, or memoryMemory loss Mental status tests loss, for events which happened before, during and after the period of the seizure.The anterograde amnesiaMemory loss may last for a few minutes to a few hours after the seizure terminates. There may also be some retrograde amnesia, or memory loss for events which occurred before the seizure. If it persists, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.
