HELP

so i have epstein barr and i just found out i have a carnatine deficiency, and have been constantly complaining of heart pain, and palpitations in fear that i have heart failure or having a heart attack, i was recently on a 24 hour heart monitor which they said came back normal, but im still having heart pain, and i fear im going to drop dead or something. I read about carnatine online, and they say defieciencies can cause coma and sudden death, and i am deathly afraid im starting to have heart failure due to this defieciency, anyone else have this?

My carnitine level was also low. You can either purchase ACTYL L-Carnitine at a drug store, health store or online or you can have your physician prescribe it for you (at least that way you know that you are getting prescription grade carnitine).

Cardiac symptoms are common in these illnesses... unfortunately. The carnitine is important and you may want to ask your physician about taking Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil or flax seed oil), COQ10 & B12 (sublingual)
