My 13 year old daughter supported a social cause a few weeks ago by going barefoot all day. She went to the mall and a few days later she developed about 3 or 4 little red bumps on the bottom of her foot. The bumps are painful to touch and she can feel them when she walks. What could it be? The bumps are small and hard.
sounds like she has contact dermatitis.
apply a topical cortisone to the area and soak her feet in domeboro solution (which can be purchased in all drug stores).
if it doesn't improve, get a stronger prescription of the cortisone.
