Sore Foot

My left foot has been sore for over a week now.  In the morning it is okay but by middle afternoon the top of the foot is swollen and very sore as well as the toes.  What could it be?

you have fluid retention that pools in your feet when you stand.  i recommend wearing compression stockings with 15-20 mmHG pressure to keep the fluids from pooling in your feet.
