bump on bottom of big toe?

i have these bumps on the bottom of my big toe.. theres one big one thats about a centimeter wit a smaller one next to it.. but they are not really like a bump u can feel them but they look flat with the color of what dead skin would look like on a calus.. ive had it for a long long time but it hasnt been giving me any problems till a few weeks ago... its sore to push on and to walk on.. im wondering if any one had any ideas of wat this could be?

sounds like a wart.  it's difficult to assess without seeing it.
