is my toe infected?

ive had multiple problems with my skin. I have eczema on my body ive had warts and athletes foot and fungus on toes and on side of fingers (just want to tell you about skin conditions). Both my big toes on inner side have been getting this sliver of im guessing dead skin thats attached to my skin where my toenail stops and when i pull these peices out i get this clear fluid fill my side of toe ( not alot of fluid comes out very little). I know for sure that this is not athletes foot or ingrown toenail unless its a different type because ive seen plenty of pictures showing both of those things and doesnt look anything near what i have. thank you so much! P.S (this fluid after a while hardens and these slivers are very thin and small but pack a punch when i pull them out. also when i get these my toes become VERY sensitive and red and swell a tiny bit on that side only).

you have hypersensitivy to the feet.  soak in epson salts and warm water to dry out the blisters.  take omega acid pills: this tends to help condition the skin.  1000 mg vit c can help boost your skin too.
