severe foot pain

I'm having really severe pain beneath both feet and toes that i really cannot walk or stay standing.  my feet are swollen because I cannot wear any shoes.   apart from that I'm also having sharp pain in the knee and behind which I cannot bend especially when going down the stairs or waking up from a chair.   I'm having once again chinese herbal medicine which I bought from UK for arthritis because years ago I have rheumatoid and got cured.  Now in August I fell down at the beach and am causing all this pain due to this.  I have fibromyalgia as well.
I would like to ask you if this is realated to fibro or arthritis.

the swelling is causing a majority of the pain. the cause for swelling needs to be diagnosed and treated.  if it is not cardiac or lung related (congestive heart failure or pulmonary edema), a compression stocking can help push fluids out and relieve some pain.  a diurectic like lasix can help as well (as long as it is not interfere with your current medical history or medication intake).  as for the knee, have that checked by an orthopedist.  you may have strained a ligament or injured the capsule
