very big toe blister

hello to all ,,,        i am 80yrs old ,  5 days ago   small blister on top of big toe....  now 5 days later it has tripled...

its bigger,  full of puss,   clear liquid,,,,what to do ....pop it  ??

pop it with a needle after placing it on a lit match to sterilize it.  soak it in epson salt and water.  apply a topical antibiotic.
it can be several things:  contact dermatitis, insect bite infection or athlete's feet.
if it worsens, go see a podiatrist.
