Gallbladder

I went to the dr for my pain on side and was recommended to surgeon. He heehawed around that may only be reflux or ulcer. i know it is gallbladder because i have had a surgeon tell me to take it out ten years ago. However the pain has been horrible. I eas not scheduled a new ultrasound for a week, I think I passed the stones two days before the ultrasound. (it hurt all the way...thought i would have to go fro appendicitis..) Since then i have eaten Bacon even, where Before it felt like I was on a hangover for couple days after eating about anything. so i am sure the stones are gone for now. how do i covince my surgeon that It still is time to take it out if nothing shows on ultrasound because  I passed them. He says they dont just go away like that. It took a lot to get me to the aapointments in the first place
