Babies Eyes

I noticed today that my almost 3 month old baby has a red spot in each eye and tiny little pin like blood spots all around her eye.  Any suggestions on what it could be?

I did some searching, and I came up with this information.
Your baby's eyelids may be puffy. She may have blood spots in the white areas of one or both eyes. These are often caused by the pressure on your baby's face during delivery. Eye medicines that your baby needs after birth to prevent infections may cause your baby's eyes to look red. The swelling and redness in your baby's eyes is usually gone in three days. It may take up to three weeks before blood spots in your baby's eyes are gone.

Other possible reasons are: does the baby cry alot? Sometimes that can cause pressure in the eyes and cause tiny capillaries to rupture.
Have you noticed her scratching at her eyesd?

If they get worse, larger or more red, then I would call her doctor.
