Fatigure and chest congestion after treatment for H-Pylori

Hi!

I am in my early 30s, don't smoke, rarely drink (only red wine), phisically active.
I have a history of heartburn. I noticed that my heartburn was getting worse, and there was a smell from my mouth I could not get rid of even by brushing teeth several times a day.

My blood test showed a very high level of anti-body to H-Pylori (everything else was normal). My doctor performed Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy - no H-Pylori was found in the sample taken with biopsy, but the doctor still felt I should take antibiotics since the H-Pylori can be present in patches and might not have been detected by the endoscopy.

I went through 14 days of PrevPac (Prevacid/Biaxin 500mg/Amoxicillin 2*500mg - twice a day). Before that, I was taking Amoxicillin because of the tooth operation. So, I took quite a bit of antibiotics in the past few weeks.

My current concern is that I've been having chest congestion and discomfort, some cough and fatigue for more than a week. I went to a doctor - he listened to my lungs (could not find any problems), did a cardiogram (normal) and sent me for a chest x-ray (also normal). My body temperature and blood pressure are also normal.

Planning to go for a second opinion to another doctor.  Any ideas/thoughts?
