Have anyone heard of Health Yes for a preventive health screening?

I recently got a letter about preventive health screening. They are taking appointments in advance and the charge is $139.00. The test includes, Stroke/ Carotid Artery screening, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening, and Peripheral Artery Disease Screening, or should I see my family doctor. The testing will done at a local church. Is this something I should consider?
