Oily skin odor on face and scalp

I have been experiencing some extremely pungent and offensive odor coming from the oil on my face and scalp, especially the nasolabial fold area. I am a relatively clean person that showers daily and washes my face about three times a day. I am in my mid-thirties and have been diagnosed with Hypogoadism (Andropause). I am wondering if this is a side effect of having imbalanced hormone levels. Please advise. Thank you.
