One hemroid and thick stool(Answer required by doctor) Thanks

Hi there

i am male (34) i had constipation 13 years ago, which left me with "hemroid" (It is little and tiny like a pimple-not hanging at all)


My Questions are >> If my stool is too think to come out (not constipation) then it irritates hemroid and sometimes i have blood but no pain at all ever, if i take prunes then i have no problem at all but i don't wana be use to of prunes.

Now......could you please tell me is everything ok ? would it be fine if i take only medicine for hemroids?

How can i make my Stool "Normal" and even i am taking psyllium fibre (Husk) for last 3 years and i don't eat those stuff which causes of it? what should i do?

My hemroid is very very small like a "pimple"......i am afraid would doctor would send me for surgery of treat me with medicine?

Can u plz tell me in detail that how can i control my thick Stool issue and what should i use for bloody Hemroid ?
AND>> If i have stool after 3 days then it makes sure that i will have hard time? Please tell me how can i make my stool be done within 2 days not 3?  BUT SINCE I STARTED DRINKING WATER ALL DAYS IT CAME @ 2ND DAY OTHERWISE IT WAS COMING ON 3RD DAY.
