I AM 23 YEARS OLD PERSON,MY SGPT LEVEL IS 136,WHAT EFFECT CAUSE  THIS IN MY BODY?WHAT IS ITS COMMON VALUE?HOW TO REDUCE THE SGPT COUNT  IN BLOOD?

Normal SGOT/SGPT test value;

1. SGOT; Normal Adult Range: 0 - 48 U/L
2. SGPT; Normal Adult Range: 0 - 42 U/L

From a natural standpoint, I would try a good dandelion/milk thistle herbal supplement, both of these help to nourish the liver and gall bladder. I would also discuss the results with your doctor, the numbers do seem high, and he should be able to give more insight into this problem.
