Ultrasound wrong

Hi,
I had an ultrasound last night, she estimated that i'm 6 weeks, (5 weeks 3 days), but I can't be that far along. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with the estimation, so she broke it down. She said my sac is probably 5 weeks but my baby is 4 weeks 3 days. How is the sac a week ahead? It still isn't correct. Are ultrasounds always correct? Then when the doctor came in, he said the baby's heart rate is 80, and that it was slow. I'm quite cluless, this is my first pregnancy and I won't be able to see another doctor anytime soon. This is eating at me. When does the sac actually form? Can you still see a heartbeat with the baby only bein 4 weeks 3 days?

I'd appreciate any advice.
