Worried

Worried

For the past eight months, I have had a lumpy right breast. I first noticed it after I started working out in my local gym this past summer. It was accompanyied with soreness and tenderness. I started taking Evening Primrose, and after about a month it went away. Then about six months later is has come back, and now I feel pain under my pain, that radiates all the way to my wrist and fingers. Just like before, I feel multiple lumps throughout my right (only) breast. I have noticed very mild tenderness as well in my left breast, but nothing nearly as bad as the right side. I also had noticed some mild swelling of the right breast, but nothing too bad. I am curious to know some suggestions of what I can tell my doctor I think it might be, such as Fibrocystic Breast, can you help me pen-point a cause?

Thanks!
