hip & groin pain

hip & groin pain

I have had hip pain in both hips for several years off and on.  Sometimes lately my groin area and low back area hurt.  I went to my doctor who did a full range of motion which I performed with no problem.  The doctor ordered many blood test including the CA-125, RA, ANA and many others.  I have had bladder cancer in the past.  The doctor has also order a CT of my abdominal area.  I am wondering what are the chances this could be a mass of some sort?  Is hip and groin pain normal for people who have some type of cancer.  I am 39 years of age and my hormone levels are normal.  I have noticed lots of blood clots and severe menstrual pain during my periods, my bowels movements are all over the board.  I have alway had frequent urination, but the biggest difference I have notice is my belly seems much larger and sometimes harder.  I have put on some weight in the last year but I know that there is a difference between a little extra belly fat and not being able to feel comfortable in my clothes due to my stomach feeling enlarged.  Please let me know what you think this could be and is cancer truly a possiblility?
