traumatic injury - prostate/scrotum bruising spreading

Hello, the other day I fell through a roof and landed split-legged on a 2x4 rafter, directly on the part of the body between my scrotum and anus.  Initially a good deal of pain, and yesterday I noticed dark bruising in this area.  Today the bruising has spread to my scrotum, covering nearly the entirety with dark purple color.  I have little to no pain in these areas and I wonder if I need to go to the hospital.  I am uninsured and cannot afford it.  I ice when i can when i am not at work and wondering if there is any serious internal injury or bleeding going on.  any help is much appreciated
