Any ideas what this could be?

So, I had this red bump appear on the head of my penis about two months ago, randomly (no sexual intercourse within two weeks of the bump appearing). The bump slowly faded and went away, but at the same time another bump (on the opposite side of my head) began appearing, followed a week or so later by a second bump next to it. These bumps are painless and sometimes appear less noticeable than other times. About two weeks ago, I went and got a full test done and came back clean on everything. For that reason, I'm not overly worried about these bumps but I wish they would go away. The same two bumps are still there and I just want to know what they are and/or what to do for them? If anyone has any suggestions on these red, painless bumps, I'm up for anything. Thanks.

the best thing to do is to be seen and get a proper exam done. these could be any number of things and nothing replaces a proper exam. we'd only be guessing as to what they are.
