Herpes - Aphthous Ulcers

My **** has hurt for almost 3 months now (not hurt like crying, but like the day after you go to the gym, kinda sore) and I am waiting too take a second blood test because I was negative for all STD's when I was tested a month after unprotected sex.  Currently waiting for the 3 month mark to see if antibodies have developed.

I have had symptoms of herpes but because I did not have huge blisters on my **** and only what my doctor would call allergic reaction/irritation that take the form of circles and are flat she ruled that out.

Urologist said it was prostatitis, I'm on 45 day antibiotic. I honestly don't think its that.

I currently 2 weeks ago, developed Aphthous Ulcers in the far back of my throat, 2 months into what I assume to be the infection period. I have researched this and definately know it is 100% aphthous ulcers. There are 3 kinds one is from herpes the other 2 are not. Assuming that my **** hurts and everyone, aka dr.'s, have called me an idiot inside there head, wouldn't one suspect I have herpes?

Also does oral aphthous ulcers spread to the penis in another form because I did recieve oral the night of unprotected sex and the weird **** on my **** could be some form of it? My balls have been tingling non stop for a month, and my **** has not had one day with out a little pain for 2 1/2 months.

HIV? When researching aphthous ulcers it said a lot about how it may be accompanied by HIV. Would one suspect I have herpes and HIV and that is why my herpe symptoms have not gone away for 3 months? Hoprfully my 3 month blood test to see if antibodies have developed is negative and im suffering from severe delusion. Any feedback would be great. Also I'm not a paranoid person, after unprotected sex with the girl I was not worried, I did not worry till my **** hurt.
