could this be whitlow herpes???

by Kayla702, Mar 28, 2009 09:04AM
i'm scared. i started to get some blisters on my left thumb.  I have never had any sign of herpes (no cold sores, no outbreaks) any where on my body. I have never had these before.  It does not hurt or numb or have any painful reaction. It just itches every once in while, other then that i cant feel it at all. I've had it for a week now and no sign of it getting worse/better. Could this be Whitlow herpes or some other finger inflection??

You need to go and be seen and have these looked at.  No reason to assume whitlow .
