why are my lips still burning after kissing a girl?

i had sex with this girl 5 days ago, its almost 6 days actually. while she was giving me oral sex, i cummed in her mouth. she then gave me a kiss. i realised my lips got extremly dry and my mouth tasted wierd. the next day my lips started to burn a little bit on the sides of my lips. and also my tongue feels wierd also but only my lips have the burn. there is no bumps or cold sores or anything like that. i just feel a slight burn on the edge of my lips. my lips are also sticky to each other. so they dont peal away from each other smoothly as they did before. so is this a reaction i got from the lipstick she had or is this a reaction i got because she kissed me after giving me oral sex and maybe the semen caused this? bottom line.......coiuld this be STD or HERPES? again its been almost 6 days i havent seen any symptoms, what should i assume or do? i am tripping out so crazy.....
