stomach growling after eating

Dear Doctor,
I seem to have the symtom of stomach growling really bad after about 5 mins of eating.
It will keeps on growling until i went to have a bowl movement, seem like so much
gas rushing out and every thing go back to normal until i eat diner and it comes back,
same thing happen , my stomach start growling again.  it seems to happen almost
everyday now and been going for over 3 years.
Please let me know if any thing i can do to help with my symptom.
