Hi,
I have diagnised as IBS.am not putitng up weight instead loosing weight.am underweight by 20kgs please help me how can i put up weight ( i am not able to digest any kind of fatty food).

If you can't digest faty foods, you have fat malabsorption. Visit a gastroenterologist who can do a stool fat test. Then you will need to find a cause that may be:
- celiac disease
- Crohn's disease
- gallstones in biliary duct or gallbladder
- pancreatic disorder.

Even before treating the cause, you can askl gastro for enzymes that help digest fats.

But first: avoid fats as much as possible.
