Gilenya and Plastic Surgery/Anasthesia

I am scheduled to have a tummy tuck and breast lift with lipo of upper and lower flanks under general anasthesia in mid December. I am very nervous because I have RRMS and take Gilenya. My liver enzyme levels are elevated slightly ever since I started the Gilenya 2 years ago. Also my white blood cell count is low because the Gilenya is an immunomudulator and that's what it's supposed to do. My question is.. is there anyone out there who has had a similar surgery with the same medical situation as me? I would love to hear from you guys with any info you may have to share. Thanks!
