Lesions on hypothalamus

Are lesions on the hypothalamus hard to find?  Would lesions on the hypothalamus present differently than lesions in other parts of the brain?

Hi there,

As far as i'm aware, hypothalmus lesions are no different to any other location of the brain, finding lesions can vary due to the thickness of the MRI slices, 1.5T vs 3T etc but thats anywhere not specific to the hypothalmus.
