MRI Report results/need help to interpret results

I have slight loss of second echo signal within the cervical disc mild disc desiccation and minimal asymmetric disc space narrowing .Minimal effacement of the anterior contour of the thecal sac exists secondary to disc prominence at the C4-5 AND C5-6 levels. The lateral sagittal images demonstrate asymmetric effacement of the anterior contour of the thecal sac right of midline by disc prominence at the C4-5 level.
There is a moderate right lateral hard and soft disc herniation identified at the  C4-5 level. The disc effaces the anterior contour of the thecal sac and asymmetrically narrows the fight foramen.
Broad based hard and soft disc prominence is present across the C5-6 level.Slight effacement of the thecal sac is noted but the canal is patent and the spinal cord, nerve roots and foramina are unremarkable in appearance. The C6-7 and the cervicothoric junction anatomy is normal. The paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.

Doral spine
Gental scoliotic curvature across the thoracic column apex convex right.Compensatory curvature apex convex left is present in the lumbar region.
Sagirral images demonstrate preservation of vertebral body height and alignment.Slight loss of second echo signal withing the thoracic discs suggests early desiccation and minimal asymmetic disc space narrowing is seen in the mid and lower thoracic region suggestion early degenerative change. The spinal canal is patent. The spinal cord is normally formed.
Impression show mimimal degenerative change involves thoracic spine as shown by disc desiccation ,asymmetric disc space narrowing and slight end plate deformation and end plate spurring.Minimal effacement of the thecal sac exists secondary to what appears to be physiologic disc prominence in the mid and lower thoracic region but the spinal canal is  widely patent and the spinal cord, nerve roots and foramina are unremarkable in appearance.
Lumbar spines shows Rotoscolotic deformation.Loss of second echo signal withing the mid and lower.
