You always suggest to help eat less food per meal, eat about 7-10 almonds (good fat), 20 minutes before lunch and dinner so you will feel full faster. We have eat every times or ones a day. If a take 5 almond before my lunch as well as dinner. Does it help me to reduce the weight.

It takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to register that is has food in it and to signal to the brain to stop the feeling of hunger. People tend to over eat at meals or eat very fast and remain hungry because the brain does not know the stomach is full yet.
