High levels of B 12 in blood work up

I just had a ton of bloodwork done to rule out any Rheumalogical issues, specificly Fibromyalgia.  Some of my markers did show that I had imflammation but they werent that high.  I was just diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dsythrophy not long ago.  The reason for the bloodwork is cause I am having joint pain and muscle ache and extreme fatigue on top of all the RSD symptoms.  Also my Vit. B 12 was very high.  I did not know what that meant and my doctor was pretty vague.  Do you have any ideas or suggestions?  Thanks

There are no adverse effects associated with high Vitamin B12 blood intake from food and/ or supplementation. A Tolerable Upper Intake Level has not been determined due to the low toxicity of the vitamin. You may have eating a high vitamin B12 source before your blood work. Suggest having your blood retested for vitamin B12, folate, and Iron panel to rule out any anemia. Thank you for your question.
