I took your advise about taking almond before food, I dont that or something else. I lost few lbs. Actually I want to know that how much protein in take should I take. I am taking soy milk with my cereal almost 2 time a day with my regular vitamin and 1 - 2 serving of fiber one. If I took over dose of protein what will be the consequences?
And your almond trick really work it make me more full and for longer time
