Supplements and caffeine

I take many supplements: a multi-vitamin, vitamin E and resveratrol once a day, calcium with D and Omega oil (3-6-9) twice a day. A lady who works at a health food store told me that caffeine decreases the efficacy of supplements and if one must drink coffee in the morning, then to wait until later in the day to take supplements. (I like to have about two cups of regular coffee upon waking.) Is this true? If so, how long should I wait for the caffeine to leave my system before taking supplements? Thanks.

As per the literature, caffeine interfere with some herbals; and it is usual with high intakes of caffeine, over seven cups a day.
