Effect on reproduction

I had ovarian cyst on left side and that ovary had to be removed before 15 days. I want to know that with one ovary is it possible to conceive baby? Moreover i want to know that what would be its effect on menstrual cycle? Shall  i get periods every two months? i also had fibroids which were removed during the operation. I am really depressed as i want to be a mother like a normal lady. i want to know what are the chances of getting pregnant after removal of one of the ovaries. I also had the problem of constipation that doctor related to ovarian disturbance but even after operation i still have that problem. so is it in anyway related to ovarian cyst? What would be the other side effects of this surgery? Please do reply.
