Vascular Ovarian Mass

I am 38 yrs old.  I have been going to doctors last 7 months trying to figure out what is wrong with me.  I am experiencing unbelivable bloating in my U/L abdomen, lower abd pain (like menstral craps - but they're not) major fatigue and unusual symptoms that come and go.  The doctor finally ordered an ultrasound (gynecologic) and I have a 28x28x22mm solid appearing vascular mass, that says cannot r/o neoplasm.  CA-125 is 19 (normal limits).  What does this mean?  I am so uncomfortable physically, I can't get any answers.

that is a small mass. However,  you are really uncomfortable, the next step is a surgical evaluation with removal of the mass.
