Ovarian cysts!

I am 16 and a few months ago I had surgery to move a burst ovarian cyst, they told me that I had a few but that they didn't want to touch them, that they would disappear on there own. Now ever since the operation when I get my period I am in agony and it is soo heavy, can anyone help me out, could it be the other cysts causing me bother???

I'm pretty sure it is possible the functional cysts can cause pain with your menstrual cycle. I would discuss with your ob/gyn for pain management. I have a friend who had pain with hers until she had her first child.
