cyst in left ovary, CA125 Result 68.4U/ml

I am in India & since last 5 years i am having cyst in left ovary of size 36 mm. All doctors i consulted told that this a clear cyst and so there is no need to remove it. But recently i had this CA-125 serum test and my result was 68.4 U/ml. I also tested for T3, T4 & TSH. In TSH the result was 20.14 and right now i am under going treatment for hypothyroid (Eltroxin).

Now i am worried about the cyst. How serious is my problem? Please help.

That is really large for a simple cyst. If I were you . . .I would find someone to drain it or remove it. If it ruptures . . . well . . . let's just hope it doesn't!
