Uterine prolapse causing rectum issues ?
I have a prolapsed uterus for years I just had a colonoscopy done and was told that I had an extrinsic impression that was found in the rectum! Doc ordered a pelvic ultrasound ! I never remember ten years ago on my colonoscopy to come up! Should I be concerned ?

I am not sure what this means.   It could be that there is a pouch or that there is pressing on the rectum from a vaginal prolapse.    Ask your Dr for an explanation and a copy of the ultrasound report.
Have you considered a pessary for your prolapsed uterus?
