aftre psiotomy i have a pain

after psiotomy i have a pain over there , they did bi lateraly ... yesterday GMT around 13.00 (22/01/2013)
But  today i feel pain a lot . when i asked from doctor wherther  i can get anelgesoa he told me if i take it might affect the child the child in some degree though im breast feeding mother .. they priscribe me some pain killers for oral addministration.. please be kind enough to tell me what should i do ?? im pain increase with the time .. please reply me soon as posible .. i need to know if i get one or two shot anelgesia injection will it effect the child ????
