clomid resistant

Hi everybody.i m 30 years old and diagnosed with PCOS .i have irregular periods.i went to doctor and she gave me Clomid in high dosage ,200mg a day plus Metaformin .but nothing happened and i didn't have ovulation.she told me im clomid resistant .im so disappointed now .did anybod have this problem?is there any solution for it.

HI,
Weight reduction and metformin will help with the PCOS. If clomid is not helping then there are other drugs available for induction of ovulation. Hence do not lose hope. Consult an infertility expert for an evaluation.
