complex cysts

i am a 49 year old female, whose periods stopped exactly one year ago. i have had pain in lower rt area and went to ob/gyn who sent me for an ultrasound which revealed a complex cyst, and "mass" in uterus. 2mm...roughly each in size. the doctor told me mass could be fibroid or pylop, and i followed up with another ultrasound six weeks later. This ultrasound revealed another complex cyst on left ovary, mass in uterus stayed the same, but thickening of uterine lining to 1.3. what does all this mean?
