ultrasound?

How accurate are the clinic ones for knowing the gender?? I might be getting mine in about 2 weeks I'm just not sure to trust cuz ive heard sometimes it can be wrong. this is my 2nd baby. for my 1st i went to an ultrasound clinic to find out the sex when i was 7 months along cuz the clinic only did 2 at the beginning and the end. help please! Btw I'm 18w3d
