Breathing, vomiting, and coughting problem

Lately for the past almost 3 months,I've been coughing up muscus and vomiting recently eaten food that I have eaten about hours before and it comes out with this clear type of fluid, also I've been having a hard time breathing like my chest is stopped up. Can any of you tell me what this is?(please be straight forward)

I can only manage how miserable the past 3 months have been, having to endure these symptoms.  The coughing up of large amounts of mucous  suggests a respiratory problem, such as bronchitis, possibly caused by aspiration of regurgitated stomach contents, secondary to whatever is also causing the vomiting of recently eaten food.  It is possible that your swallowing large amounts of mucous, is more likely an indicator of a problem of the passage of food due to an obstruction. A thorough evaluation of your upper intestinal tract (esophagus and stomach) should probably the first thing that should be done by your doctors.  If you have not yet called these events to your doctor’s attention, you should definitely do so without further delay.

Good luck
