My questions is how higher altitude would affect people with lung cavity. I currently have a 2 cm lung cavity on the left upper lung. I am considering moving from AZ to CO, and would like to know how the altitude would affect the cavity as well as breathing. thank you.
On arrival by plane, the cavity would be slightly larger, but in a very short time would return to its 2 cm size. This slight enlargement would have no effect on your breathing and you would be unaware of it.
If you drive, the cavity will remain unchanged as you change altitude.
