multiple bilateral lung nodules.
Please answer. Is this metastases? I have a 4mm nodule in one lung and a 5mm nodule in the other. I have read that small ones are non t often cancer but does this still apply if they are multiple? I'm 42 and a smoker. I had a ct colonoscopy 15 months ago. Could a bowel tumour have grown and spread to lungs since then? I'm having a mammogram soon because Ive never had one. I much appreciate any advice or comments as I'm very anxious
